Effective Thursday, April 16, 2020 all patients will be required to wear a mask or other cloth face covering while in the clinic. We do not have sufficient masks to provide all patients with one. Please call the office at 410-286-7205 if you do not have a mask/face cover or have questions.
Thank you for your understanding.

At Excel Physical Therapy, the care and safety of our patients, employees and community is paramount. At this uncertain time, we are continually reconsidering when, where, and how to provide care. As of today, we will continue to see patients under a reduced treatment schedule and with increased disinfection protocols. Our office may call requesting a change of your appointment time to reduce the number of people present in the clinic at one time. We thank you, in advance for your understanding.
For those who do not feel comfortable attending visits at this time, we would like to communicate our understanding. We will accept cancellations, at any time, without charge. Please call if you have questions or concerns and know that we value both your physical and emotional comfort.
We will continue to monitor recommendations from the CDC as well as the Maryland Department of Health. Please take care of yourselves and each otheras we navigate unfamiliar waters together.
Lisa Shorter, PT MSPT
Remember the self-care basics:
Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing; going to the bathroom; and before eating or preparing food.
If soap and water are not readily available, use a hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol. Cover all surfaces of your hands and rub them together until they feel dry.
Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.
Stay home when you are sick.
Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash.
